Cancellation Policy

 

ICO WEBINARS CANCELLATION POLICY

Live Webinars

  • If you are unable attending to a live webinar, a recording link of the webinar will be sent to you by email within two weeks following the live webinar. Unless specified otherwise.

Webinar series   

  • Cancellation must be made in writing to icofrontdesk@gmail.com

  • Fees are refundable if submitted no later than 24 hours before the scheduled webinar 

  • Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled webinar will not be refunded. If you are unable to attend the live webinar, a link to the recording of the webinar will be sent to you by email.

In the rare event that we need to cancel a webinar due to circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to notify attendees with as much advance notice as possible. Attendees will be given the opportunity to either transfer to another date for this webinar or obtain a full refund.

The ICO don’t provide refunds due to:

Attendee technology problems

It is the responsibility of the webinar attendee to test their computer setup prior to the start of the webinar. If a technical failure at your home or workplace prevents access to the live webinar, you are not eligible for a refund.

If the technical problem is due to our error, we will consider issuing a refund OR rescheduled the webinar

Attendee email issues

Refunds will not be issued in cases where an attendee did not receive the webinar login instruction email due to issues like restricted emails, bounced emails, or any other system issues. It is the attendee’s responsibility to contact us if they don’t receive the required login information at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the webinar.

No shows

Attendees who do not participate in the live webinar will not be entitled to a refund.

Recorded Webinars

Purchased recorded webinars available on our website are non-refundable.

 

CONFERENCE/WORKSHOPS CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations of conference/workshops registration, purchase of meals and special events need to be sent in writing to icofrontdesk@gmail.com

14 days prior to the date of the conference/workshop each cancellation received will get a full refund except some administration and food expenses incurred by the ICO.

Cancellations less than 14 days before the date of the conference/workshop the ICO will not be able to refund any conference/workshop fees and food expenses.

 

No shows

Refunds will not be granted for those who do not attend to the conference without a prior notice of cancellation

Delegates assume full responsibility for notification to and verification of receipt by the ICO.

 

Cancellation by the ICO

In the unlikely event of having to cancel the conference/workshops, the ICO will refund all your fees or reschedule to a new date.

The ICO might be subject to cancel speakers without prior notice.

Please note that the ICO shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation, etc.

Items will be posted 1st class to the UK and by airmail to Europe and the rest of the world.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from www.classical-osteopathy.org, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Book Returns Policy: 30-day Returns Guarantee
If for any reason you are unhappy with a book purchased from www.classical-osteopathy.org, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received it, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the book. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with this requirement.

Digital Courses and Videos Returns Policy
We do not refund any payments made for Digital Course or Videos as the content is immediately viewable after purchase. Be sure you wish to proceed before completing your purchase. All content is provided to be viewed by the purchaser and is not released from Copyright in any way and therefore must not be shared or distributed.
