The following Terms and Conditions apply:

Shipping
Each item on your order will be charged and shipped out to you, as soon as possible or as specified in your order.
Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct, as they are copied directly from the information you give us when submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.

Customs
When ordering goods from www.classical-osteopathy.org for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from www.classical-osteopathy.org, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Book Returns Policy: 30-day Returns Guarantee
If for any reason you are unhappy with a book or DVD purchased from www.classical-osteopathy.org, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received it, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the book. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with this requirement.


 

ICO DIPLOMA COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by Students
To hold a place on the Postgraduate Diploma in Classical Osteopathy, you need to pay the specified holding deposit of £400 for the full course, which is part of the fees for the Diploma course (please check payment method of the Diploma Course)

Please note: Payment must be concluded at least 48 hours before the start of the seminar/course before each teaching weekend if you have chosen the flexible payment option or you may not be able to attend.

  • All Cancellations must be made in writing to icofrontdesk@gmail.com
  • If you cancel your place on the course you will get a full refund of your deposit up to 30 days before the start date or 50% refund until 14 days before the date of the course after which time it will become non-refundable. This is due to the financial commitments that we have to make with third party facilities at least a month before the course begins.
  • If you have paid the Diploma Course in full and you decide to cancel:
  • 30 days before the start date of the course, you will get a full refund of your fees.
  • 14 days before the date of the course the ICO will refund your course fees and 50% of your course deposit
  • After those 14 days before the date of course we won’t refund your deposit and the applicable fees for the first course/seminar.
  • If you decide to stop attending the Diploma Course half way through and you have paid in full we will not be able to refund you any money for the course. We can study the possibility of rescheduling you for the next course.
  • If you are paying by monthly instalments and are unable to or fail to attend one or more seminars your monthly instalment is non-refundable.
  • The ICO will not be held responsible for any associated expenses. As such the ICO recommends that all flights/accommodation are booked with flexible/cancellation options.

 

Cancellation by the ICO

On rare occasions, such as adverse weather conditions, teacher sickness, travelling restriction that render lecturers unable to reach the location, the ICO has the right to cancel, relocate or reschedule the seminar/workshop, as these decisions are often required to be made within 24 hours of the seminar/workshop.

It is the delegates’ responsibility to check the email address that has been given to the ICO on this application before commencement of their journey to the facilities.

All diploma/course fees paid will be reimbursed in full in the following scenarios:

  • In the event of there being insufficient numbers booked onto a course the ICO reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course.
  • In the event of cancellation of a course by the ICO we will endeavor to inform all participants as soon as possible.
  • If the course is fully cancelled by the ICO.

Please note, that the ICO shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc.

 

Delegate Declaration

By Paying my deposit I understand that due to the expenses of running a course the ICO reserves the right to cancel any event/workshop/course/seminar where delegate numbers are insufficient (usually less than 6-8).I understand that any costs incurred as a result of advanced bookings of flights, hotels or similar, will be made at my own risk and cost.


 

ICO WEBINARS CANCELLATION POLICY

Live Webinars

  • If you are unable attending to a live webinar, a recording link of the webinar will be sent to you by email within two weeks following the live webinar. Unless specified otherwise.

Webinar series   

  • Cancellation must be made in writing to icofrontdesk@gmail.com
  • Fees are refundable if submitted no later than 24 hours before the scheduled webinar 
  • Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled webinar will not be refunded. If you are unable to attend the live webinar, a link to the recording of the webinar will be sent to you by email.

In the rare event that we need to cancel a webinar due to circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to notify attendees with as much advance notice as possible. Attendees will be given the opportunity to either transfer to another date for this webinar or obtain a full refund.

The ICO don’t provide refunds due to:

Attendee technology problems

It is the responsibility of the webinar attendee to test their computer setup prior to the start of the webinar. If a technical failure at your home or workplace prevents access to the live webinar, you are not eligible for a refund.

If the technical problem is due to our error, we will consider issuing a refund OR rescheduled the webinar

Attendee email issues

Refunds will not be issued in cases where an attendee did not receive the webinar login instruction email due to issues like restricted emails, bounced emails, or any other system issues. It is the attendee’s responsibility to contact us if they don’t receive the required login information at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the webinar.

No shows

Attendees who do not participate in the live webinar will not be entitled to a refund.

Recorded Webinars

Purchased recorded webinars available on our website are non-refundable.


 

CONFERENCE/WORKSHOPS CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations of conference/workshops registration, purchase of meals and special events need to be sent in writing to icofrontdesk@gmail.com

14 days prior to the date of the conference/workshop each cancellation received will get a full refund except some administration and food expenses incurred by the ICO.

Cancellations less than 14 days before the date of the conference/workshop the ICO will not be able to refund any conference/workshop fees and food expenses.

 

No shows

Refunds will not be granted for those who do not attend to the conference without a prior notice of cancellation

Delegates assume full responsibility for notification to and verification of receipt by the ICO.

 

Cancellation by the ICO

 In the unlucky event of having to cancel the conference/workshops the ICO will refund all your fees or rescheduled to a new date.

The ICO might be subject to cancel speakers without prior notice.
