Diploma Course Classical Osteopathy
Our new Diploma Course in the UK will start in February 2021.
This new and redesigned Diploma Course in Classical Osteopathy will have an updated format. The course is designed over a two year period incorporating all 3 of our previous flagship courses: Foundation, Applied and Advanced.
Given recent events we have updated our course delivery, restructured the program and introduced new lectures. We will take the time in the classroom to explore the principles, scope and rationale of Classical Osteopathic Medicine and we will include plenty of practical guidance and refinement of your hands on skills.
During the last six months we have been working on a new personal mentored scheme for application in clinical practice. Students will have a personal online tutor with several practice visits so as to develop clinically as a Classical Osteopath.
We will incorporate both valuable in-the-classroom time and also online course elements. There will be both core curriculum lectures and inspirational guest speakers.
Here at the ICO our mission is to nurture the development of classical osteopaths. We aim to provide an ongoing pathway for your personal and professional development. Our Diploma course is the entry level to membership of the Institute of Classical Osteopathy and to our growing international community of classical osteopaths. We seek to explore together the scope, principles and rationale of classical osteopathic treatment. We have found osteopathy to be a fascinating, lifelong journey; we hope that you will too.
You can explore the philosophy of the ICO further through our YOUTUBE channel webinars and lectures.
