Items will be posted 1st class to the UK and by airmail to Europe and the rest of the world.

The following Terms and Conditions apply:

Shipping
Each item on your order will be charged and shipped out to you, as soon as possible or as specified in your order.
Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct, as they are copied directly from the information you give us when submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.

Customs
When ordering goods from www.classical-osteopathy.org for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from www.classical-osteopathy.org, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Book Returns Policy: 30-day Returns Guarantee
If for any reason you are unhappy with a book or DVD purchased from www.classical-osteopathy.org, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received it, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the book. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with this requirement.

 

COURSES
Cancellation by the ICO
In the event of there being insufficient numbers booked onto a course the ICO reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course.
In the event of cancellation of a course by the ICO we will endeavour to inform all participants a minimum of a month before the course is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible. All course fees paid will be reimbursed in full. The ICO shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc.

Cancellation by the Student
All cancellations must be received in writing.
A refund of (non-deposit) fees paid can be made up to six weeks before the course commences.
Please note that your deposit payment is non-refundable.
If you are paying by monthly instalments and are unable to or fail to attend one or more weekends your monthly instalment is non-refundable.

LCCO
Please can we advise you that we strongly recommend that you complete this component to the education program that is offered by the ICO.
Cancelling your commitment to the clinic is disruptive to the LCCO and put extra pressure on the organisation. In the event that you have to cancel please contact Amanda Moore by writing, we do expect 3 months notice with the exception of ill health or situations of necessity.
